Is there a free trial?
We offer a 30-day pilot on a dedicated workspace, including SSO setup, your first compliance framework, and a dedicated implementation engineer. Pilots typically run on the Business tier with selective Enterprise features turned on.
Can we start on Business and upgrade?
Yes — and most customers do. Upgrades are zero-downtime; the audit log, integrations, and policies all carry over.
Do you offer annual or multi-year commitments?
Both. Multi-year contracts include a price-lock and an annual true-up window. Government plans default to a 12-month base period with two 12-month option years.
